i bought this package, which contains books 4 & 6 and also comes with the myartslab online code, and it doesnt work. I spoke to the myartslab people about this on their website. During an online chat with them they shortly told me this was Amazon's fault and I should speak to them, they then quickly shut down the chat. Now I cant take my online quizzes. Terrible service
